Digital Services & Virtual Products

At MajicksHub, we specialize in digital products, virtual goods, and online services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may only be considered if:

  • The service has not yet been started;
  • The order has not entered active fulfillment;
  • We are unable to complete or deliver the purchased service due to circumstances on our end; or
  • No contact or response has been received from the buyer within 48 hours after payment, resulting in order cancellation.

Please note: All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at our discretion.

⚙️ Order Processing & Service Initiation

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing and fulfillment queue. During this stage, time, labor, resources, and service preparation may be allocated specifically to your order.

If you wish to request a cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellation requests submitted after fulfillment has begun are not eligible for refunds.

🚫 No Refunds After Service Has Started

Once a service has been started, partially completed, or fully completed, the order becomes non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital goods
  • Virtual items
  • Account services
  • In-game services
  • Digital codes or rewards
  • Custom services
  • Any manually fulfilled service

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that service fulfillment may begin shortly after payment is received.

🏁 Completed Services

Once a service has been completed and delivered as described, the transaction is considered fulfilled and final. Refunds, reversals, exchanges, or credits will not be provided for completed services.

We reserve the right to retain proof of completion, including:

  • Order records
  • Communication logs
  • Delivery confirmations
  • Service timestamps
  • Screenshots and fulfillment records

These records may be used to verify service completion and resolve disputes.

👤 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including but not limited to:

  • Usernames
  • Gamertags
  • Platform selections
  • Email addresses
  • Account details required for fulfillment

Important: MajicksHub is not responsible for delays, failures, or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Orders affected by customer-provided errors are not eligible for refunds.

⚠️ Fraud, Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim initiated after services have been started, partially completed, or fully delivered may be considered fraudulent activity.

In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to provide payment processors and financial institutions with evidence including:

  • Order information
  • IP address logs
  • Communication records
  • Service timestamps
  • Delivery confirmations
  • Proof of fulfillment

📌 Exceptions

Refunds may only be approved when:

  • The service has not yet started; and
  • We are unable to fulfill the order for reasons within our control.

Note: Approval of any exception remains solely at the discretion of MajicksHub.

📝 Agreement to This Policy

By purchasing from MajicksHub, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital products and/or services; no physical goods are shipped; services may begin shortly after payment is received; refunds are not available once fulfillment has started or been completed; and you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
